Story
Tom has ordered missile strikes on Kunami in retaliation for the dirty bomb the Kunami government detonated in the Washington DC metro station, and against Lyor's advice Tom has no qualms about calling it a declaration of war. The strikes will continue until the Emir of Kunami unconditionally surrenders, which includes an admission that he was behind the bombing. Those diplomatic discussions with the Emir are being handled through the Kunami Ambassador to the US, the discussions which seem to be stalled. Through the process, Tom has to decide what the end goal is, namely if the abdication of the Emir is sufficient to stop the missile strikes. The US receives intelligence as to a means to contact Amal Hamzi, the Kunami opposition leader who has been in hiding, his ascension to power which would end the conflict.
