Story
A power outage, caused by the latest computer hack, has left the entire Washington DC area in the dark, the generator at the White House which can provide power for eight hours. While Chuck deals with the hacks themselves including this one and trying to work to figure out a technological solution to overcome it, the power outage has caused major problems. With his ankle bracelet not functioning, Damian is able to escape from the safe house. With what surveillance is still operational, Hannah goes on his trail and finds something about his goings-on that hit her a little more personally.
