Story
Xander Shepherd, who manages the local zoo, founded by his ex-pat British father, is killed by a tranquilizer dart. Mooney quickly dismisses the apparent option for an outsider and concentrates on the small family and staff team. Xander's brother Dylan was passed-over when he returned from England.
