Story
UK-Russian concert pianist Pasha Verdinikov was fatally stabbed in his home studio and wrote A.S. in his blood. The only suspects, around the, include his conservatory dropout son Joseph 'Joe' Verdinikov, summoned for purpose unknown by suspending his allowance, fresh widow Grace, her confident Maggie O'Connell and Pasha's assistant Delford Adams. Neville works out A.S. is Grace's once lover, Pasha's then agent, whose DNA is on the murder weapon, but who was killed in a crash according to commissioner Selwyn's then early case. While Camille is sent to Scotland Yard to check on criminal records, her mother Catherine Bordey is beaten into hospital by an intruder who only fails to strangle her because Neville, whom she called about A.S., rushes to her home. Hooper discover Marlon is too skinny for the diving suit, enabling abusive crab intrusion, and homeless, yet an invitation to stay with newborn twins seems worse.
