Story
Dick promises municipal works supervisor Victor Brepols to speed up works delayed by an impending procedure to classify a shaky shack on site. So Frakke is ordered to simulate a nocturnal 'storm", grumpily aided by Jempie who is dragged from bed and Ukrainian lover Valentina whom he got a toilet lady job, but overdoes it, completely bulldozing the shed. Worse, acting manager Rita wasn't old about the heavy machinery use, so she calls the police to signal theft. The whole incident renders Frans's painful mission to make former heir Eddy, who intended to take charge again, sign his complete resignation in his irreconcilable wife's favor, pointless.
