Story
Wouter, Linde's 'too perfect' lover, demands in vain an explanation when told it "just doesn't work". Jempie and Frakke once more have been moonlighting with company equipment. Client Jos Gepts claims their work is substandard, demands a huge rebate and holds the digging machine hostage at his father's gun point. After Dick points out Gepts is the district commissioner, and reputedly bothersome, Eddy is ready to give in grudgingly to his blackmail. Frans however offers a seemingly satisfactory deal, then concocts fake documents.
