Story
The MS Deutschland steams to South Sea paradise Palau. Hedonistic Tobias Reiter spoils his beloved Mia to propose on a cruise he can barely afford, but Mia is recognized as an escort by ex-client Günther Strobel who hates his nagging wife Angelika enough to demand Mia makes up incomplete escort service or Tobias smelling a rat. Capitain Victor Burger's crew worries the cruise line's hard to please founder Hieronymus Claasen is aboard. The captain looks forward to diving with his friend, (real) documentary maker Dirk Steffens, like Lars and Romy Felber, who can only 'finance' the cruise by stealing protected corals and need to remove the unwanted witnesses. Berlin cab driver Martin had to retire early due to dementia but can't accept daughter Evelyn minding him, so Dr. Sander helps out.
