Story
Drug-dealing Dr. James Bradstone was on death row 15 years for the knife-murder of his wife nurse Sarah and pre-teen daughter Caitlin. Her only son Todd survived but was knocked down and saw nothing. Now the key witness, old neighbor Louise Russo, reveals on TV that she lied at the instigation of prosecutor Evan Talbot. The governor wants the new evidence within 24 hours before overturning the death sentence. Delco discovers Jesse, then a uniformed rookie, was also manipulated by Talbot to alter Louise's declaration. Todd remembers his mother was abused by the killer. James' colleague and drug client Dr. Donald Newhouse admits to an affair with Sarah. A new crime is committed.
