Story
Janet, Lina and Det. Dylan are surprised when Virginia Gardiner, racked by guilt about her son Max, agrees to help the prosecution and provides them with a new statement. Janet and Lina are still at loggerheads over young Max's guilt, and when Virginia crumbles during the committal in front of the formidable Judge Hansby, this already murky case is made even more complicated. Meanwhile, Lina realises it's finally time she and Andy came clean about their relationship. When Jimmy Butcher scoops that Judge Rosenberg asked Julie to take the wrap for him on a driving offence, it starts a messy scandal that leads to Ben breaking up with Julie, and Rosenberg losing his job.
