Story
The authorities stubbornly remained obsessed with 'panic prevention', although the scientific findings are worsening further and contaminations occur. Commissioner Lex Faes even has to order one of his man inside the quarantine after exposure during the sneaky extraction of a boy which goes wrong when panic breaks out. Atypical cases require rethinking the whole pathology, which may even face a rapid mutation. Inside, people's assumptions lead to more conflict and needless risk taking. Prisoners escape during foo distribution and subject a shopkeeper to racketeering after killing a looter.
