Story
When a criminal operation seems to be using the ideal cover, the Riverside police are puzzled as to why the gang took the trouble to bribe a policeman. Baker's escapade with a bag-snatcher turns up some unusual and embarrassing evidence. Benjamin accepts the bait which is put to him by the loan shark. Johnson's stinginess results in the Valerie tackling some do it yourself plumbing.
