Story
When billionaire Alexander Addington's wife is kidnapped and the kidnappers demand a ransom of weapons. People from every law enforcement agency in the world offer assistance and among them is Scotland Yard's Peter Sinclair. When something goes wrong at the exchange and Addington's wife is killed, he sets out to go after the ones responsible. He asks Sinclair to lead a team to go after them and he recruits a French thief and an American mercenary to help him.
