Story
The five contestants from Portsmouth for this week are: holistic therapist Lynne Derry, who comes across as being blunt; supermarket sales manager Kate Hibbert, who does not suffer fools gladly; detective constable Sheena Ives, who describes herself as a bit loopy and deranged; flight attendant Lee Stafford, who is attracted to outgoing, bubbly people; and restaurateur Maria Wilkinson, whose stern demeanor masks a generally happy person. Kate Hibbert is the first to host the dinner party. Her menu consists of goat's cheese and Parma ham on a pear walnut salad as a starter, Posh Pompey fish pie as the main course, and cinnamon spiced oranges with blueberries and pomegranate for dessert. She hopes that fresh produce from the garden of her father, a television gardener, and specially chosen wine to each course will add extra marks.
