Story
The team investigate the death of toddler Jack Palmer and which was initially pronounced as a SIDS death until the coroner reveals that he was smothered to death. A check on the mother, Marion Palmer, shows she was married previously in Brisbane and had two children - both who died from SIDS. Stanley tells Marion's husband Dean and he assaults Marion after confronting her. Later, the team find out that Dean was also having an affair with their friend's daughter Robina Hendricks. Robina is questioned and finally breaks down and tells the team she murdered Jack so that Dean would be able to leave Marion. Next day, Marion checks herself out of hospital and stabs Dean to death. Elsewhere, Claire is arrested for drug possession. Jarvis offers her a deal - wear a wire and bring down her supplier or face a jail term of 5 years.
