Story
The Chuckle Brothers go to Scotland to be ghillies to impoverished laird Duncan, against the wishes of family servant Fingal, who has been defrauding the laird by selling off his deer to Tokyo zoo. He attempts to scare off the brothers by impersonating the Phantom Piper, but has to come clean eventually. Paul comes up with a solution.
