Story
Toddler Wyatt's magical powers are growing extraordinarily, but he has neither proper understanding nor full control. When he's left in front of a 'babysitter' TV set rather then in father Leo's discrete care, the boy switches -telekinetically- from a tedious children's program to an exciting movie starring a dragon, but also brings one to life, which starts fire-breeding all over terrified San Francisco. The Cleaners arrive to protect the secrecy of magic by turning time back, but the sisters object as Piper won't be separated from her child, so a deals is struck: they must clean up themselves, tapping into Wyatt's own powers.
