Story
Cole, who is getting a grip on the underworld, sees to it that Phoebe is sued, likely to get her fired; further he makes demon Dex cause Paige to have a car accident and be arrested for hit and run, while he wants only demonic stripper Kaya (a 'Kiran') as entertainment, because she can change her appearance into Phoebe's. A health inspector is to shut P3 down; a rat means the best deal is closing down for weeks.
