Story
Bill and Duke are in a small town to pick up supplies when they encounter Pearlie Garnet who was kicked off the Hale wagon train by Duke and Jed Halick who is switching to a different wagon train. Events lead them to a saloon where they recall the recent events that led to the current situation. The Hale wagon train has been experiencing thefts for sometime but they couldn't determine who was doing it. Charlie was sure it was Pearlie but the others think he is crazy. It becomes more serious when one of the members find over a thousand dollars has been stolen cleaning him out. A hairpin found has Duke believing it may really be Pearlie. He decides to take it on himself to see so he rips Pearlie's dress off to see if she has the money on her. When he finds it, she steals his gun, wounds his shoulder and runs off scattering the horses. Later, in town she tries to win at faro but instead loses everything.
