Story
For Charlie, Renee, and their three young daughters, life revolves around cooking. But with an apartment-size kitchen and a layout that has them constantly running up and down the stairs, they're eager for an upgrade. The Property Brothers step in to help the family move out and move on. First, it's up to Jonathan to turn their current house into a showstopper and transform their unfinished basement into a cozy den. But a recent change in the building code soon has him excavating with a backhoe. Meanwhile, the couple is counting on Drew to find them their dream kitchen, but the real challenge is finding a backyard that's as nice as the one they've already got.
