Story
Mark and Patsy Norman want a dream home in the country for themselves and their three children. Mark is fed up with working 70 hours six or seven days each week as a car salesman and sees very little of his family. They have decided to move from Dudley in the West Midlands to the peaceful countryside in Ludlow and have purchased a plot of land for £180,000 where they will design and build their new home themselves, with only a little professional help. With a budget of £50,000, which Charlie thinks is unrealistic, will they have enough money to complete their dream home.
