Story
Bronco rides upon a mob preparing to lynch a man who happens to be a minister. Bronco shoots the rope to stop it and then recognizes the man as Billy Rawlins who is an old friend. The man leading the mob, Nelson, tells Bronco that he is a gunfighter and outlaw while an elderly mans says he stole $5,000 raised for a new church. As the mob leaves Billy recalls that Bronco once outdrew Billy wounding and leading him to a new life. He asks Bronco to go home with him to meet his wife but not to tell her about the near lynching. At the same time Billy's brother Johnny along with his partner Riley pay a visit to his wife, Molly. Molly went with Johnny before marrying Billy so she told Johnny about the $5,000 to stop him from telling Billy about her past. Billy's brother Johnny, who has not reformed at all, hopes to get Billy to renounce the pulpit and join his outlaw life again.
