Story
From the age of ten, Patrick David Mackay, a.k.a. the Psychopath, was seen as a dangerous future killer of women. Though institutions could diagnose him correctly, none were set up to know what to do with him and released him. Under the dubious honor of being pronounced the most dangerous man in Britain (targeting those he saw as weak), only three of his eleven kills could be proved, landing him finally behind bars for life.
