Story
Saxena wishes to get arrested by Happu, so that he can be beaten up but Happu informs him that law is not the same for those, who are mentally ill. Later, Happu begins beating the commissioner, assuming that he is openly romancing with a girl. While Happu begins to apologize to the commissioner, he is allowed to leave after a stern warning. Later, Happu brings Vibhuti home, who was arrested for feeding street food to his wife. Meanwhile, Angoori and Manmohan get romantic but are interrupted by Happu, who arrests Manmohan for getting romantic with his wife. Later, Manmohan, Vibhuti along with Malkhan and Tika make a plan to trap Happu, who has been creating a nuisance for them all.
