Story
Manmohan is upset that his business is shut at the moment. Meanwhile, Happu finds himself in trouble after he has been accused of taking a bribe. As Happu discusses his matter with Malkhan and Tika, a minister reaches the scene, parks his car and goes straight to Vibhuti's house. Happu, Malkhan and Tika are certain that the Minister will have no work with a useless man like Vibhuti but end up surprised when the Minister asks for Vibhuti. As they all wait outside the house now joined by Anita, inside the house, the Minister beats up Vibhuti, accusing him of having an affair with his wife.
