Story
Ben spends a week with Jamie, a Vermont-born eccentric inventor, who left the rat race to pursue his own inquisitive ideas. He acquired five islands in an archipelago off the Panma coast, where he lives with his equally unconventional family. He spends must of his time working on inventions on one island, his wife raising the children on another, also unconventionally, without school till further notice. Ben is enlisted to help with invention development and learns the elder kids may later be installed on yet another island, if they stay.
