Story
Richard Allaart; out to revenge his murdered politician kin, proves the perfect ally for Bellicher to take on the hacking Zwaal brothers, dodging a violent gang, seize proof of a large scale ID theft operation, bring in their own ITC expert and demand to be cleared.
