Story
The Penguin has been released from prison. Incidents occur involving umbrellas, the Penguin's trademark, but no crimes are committed. Batman and Robin investigate. At one point, the Penguin launches a giant umbrella with a regular-sized umbrella attached. In reality, the Penguin hasn't figured out a crime to commit yet. He's providing Batman with various "clues," hoping Batman's keen mind will, in effect, devise a caper. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne visits the Penguin's umbrella shop to plant a listening device. He is discovered and knocked out. Bruce is placed on a conveyor belt leading to a furnace.
