Story
When Lode Verfaille indicates the disappearance of his fiancée Elke Naegels, the inspectors immediately start an investigation. If by chance they soon come on the trail of former sex offender Simon D'Heer and find her body at his place. But when two other men come to declare the disappearance of the same woman, it appears their was a lot more going on. While Neels is on maternity leave, Smeekens runs a little lost and seeks a new partner in Commissioner De Kee. After her dispute with attorney Lansier, Hannelore's reappointment as investigating judge is unsure. Her colleague Van Steenkiste offers a possible solution, but the question is how far Hanne wants to go for her job.
