Story
Charlie tries to kill Cut, who is staying at the Hodiak residence. Sadie and Cherry travel to San Francisco for the "Original Manson Chick", Mary Brunner. A film star was brutally murdered in a crucifixion-style incident. Misogynistic Cutler puts a boot down on Charmain to keep her from doing her job; she gets to retaliate with her boot on a leering lawyer. Sam learns the dead film star was gay and asks Brian to cruise a gay bar to get some info into the case. The Lieutenant returns and the inquiry into the dead film star is killed, even though Brian was inches from nabbing the killer. Mary Brunner returns with child--did she also bring the stocks and bonds? The Manson Girls first string, including Patricia "Katie" Krenwinkel and Susan "Sexy Sadie" Atkins begin to coalesce.
