Story
Due complaints having failed but yielding an ally eager to stir jealousy, Charlie lets a nasty prank war with his latest bed mate's garbage man ex escalate until Charlie Molotov-torches his prized truck and is condemned to suspension while in anger therapy himself. Although Nolan is the ideal candidate for rent-free janitor, the owner gives the gig to lazy flirt Lacey, who still expect Nolan to do it all in her place. Desperately needing an income, he accepts paid dares from tenant knaves to consume creepy stuff, until Lacey resigns 'overexerted'.
