Story
Plaintiff, Michael Glover is an older man who is not able to have children with his young wife, Sierra Glover. He has a medical condition that results in a low sperm count that makes it very difficult for him to have children.
He was so intent on having a baby that he paid his 22 year old neighbor, Defendant Douglas Farley, $5000 to have sex with his wife on a regular basis in order to have his wife become pregnant. Mr. Glover drew up a contract to have Mr. Farley impregnate his wife with the understanding that the Glovers would have sole custody of the child and that Mr. Farley would have no parental rights. The agreement was that during the day, while Mr. Glover was away at work, Douglas Farley and Sierra Glover would have sex on a regular basis in the Glover house and bedroom.
