Story
The MRU find themselves unwittingly in the eye of a media storm when they are called out to treat Tilly, a sixteen-year-old girl who has been kidnapped by her father, Noah. They have been on the run in dense bushland for two weeks. But when Mike gets held by Noah at knifepoint, it is quickly realised that all is not as it seems. Noah's motivation is to protect his daughter from her step-father, Lance. And when Tilly looks to be dying from her injuries, Mike makes a bold decision about Noah's future. Once in the ED, Mike manages the impressive task of keeping Tilly safe from Lance when he arrives with her mother. Mike outwits Lance causing him to fall on his own sword, paving the way for a heartfelt reunion between the fugitive Noah and his injured daughter.
