Story
Verona's Prince lays down an ultimatum: no more fighting between the Montagues and Capulets- two wealthy families, whose members behave like animals toward each other. Two foolish teenagers (one a Montague and the other a Capulet) fall in lust and ignite more tension in their neighborhood's gang war. Shakespeare's work is too often mis-categorized as a romance, when it is truly a tragedy.
