Story
The decomposed body of a pretty young student is found to have connections to the murders of a dozen aging, low-rent prostitutes over the past eight years. Anna Travis, daughter of a former respected policeman is a rookie assigned to the homicide unit of DCI Langton, a friend of her father's. He takes an immediate liking to her and gives her responsibilities not usual for a newcomer. When she is asked to go on a date with movie star Alan Daniels, a prime suspect in the case, Langton agrees.
