New tactics are being used to crack down on welfare fraud. The last operation in Werribee recovered around A$11 million from welfare cheats. Welfare fraud costs Australian taxpayers millions every year and the AFP and Centrelink are urging people to report rorters either at the stands, online, or calling 131 524.
