Story
Shopping centres are not the sort of place where people should feel for their safety. Yet they have been turned into "no go" zones by teen thugs and ethnic gangs who mug customers and shoplift from stores. Many residents in western Sydney no longer go to their local shopping centre as it is becoming too dangerous with youths congregating in packs outside the front of malls looking for their next victim. Retailers are struggling to break even.
