Story
Trent James Jury isn't the kind of New Zealander we want in Australia. Despite being sentenced to four years in gaol for serious crimes and being deported, Jury managed to find a way back into Australia with a visa. Due to a breakdown in communications within the Immigration Department, foreigners convicted of serious offences have found a loophole to re-enter Australia after deportation. Others have been using the legal system to stall being deported, at taxpayers expense.
