Story
Entrepreneur Dick Smith is warning Australia about the dangers of unchecked population growth. High immigration levels are causing an unsustainable urban sprawl, placing pressure on existing infrastructure, polluting the environment and lowering our quality of life. Children are growing up in high-rise developments and not the traditional family home with a backyard. Smith is leading a new campaign to reduce immigration levels from 200,000 a year to a more sensible 70,000 a year.
