Story
Ann is excited by the arrival of old flame Rex Sanders in Wandin Valley. Bankrupt Glen Morgan injures himself as he is about to leave his farm with his wife Barbara. Matt becomes ill after treating Lionel the cat. Shirley becomes more than interested when Terence treats Jack Williams for skin cancer. Rex Sanders reveals his plan to buy up land in the Valley on behalf of a Japanese company for factory farming. Ann is horrified when she learns that the Brennan farm is on Rex's list of potential sites to be bought. Shirley's concern about a growth on her face is confirmed and Terence recommends surgery.
