Story
Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber and political philosopher, concluded in his manifesto (published in the New York Times, albeit by bomb-point) that a revolution against Technology by returning to Wild Nature would be the only way for society to de-shackle from the chains we have tightened around our own wrists. This battle between Technology and Wild Nature is characterised in the music video for "600 Horses" posing an interesting juxtaposition, one that is pertinent and one that is ignored. It is also a battle that Nature is clearly losing, however in "600 Horses" the roles are reversed depicting nature defeating and torturing technology, all the while using technology ironically to deliver the message Erika is the femme fatale, who represents Wild Nature, is found making her self at home in the rigid Technology-dependant businessman's apartment.
